By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

If you use the Site on behalf of another person or an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf.

The Site is a personal professional website. It provides general information about financial planning, life and health protection, savings, and investment linked plans offered through FWD Philippines, along with information about my background, achievements, and the services I provide.

The Site lets you:

• read about my services and FWD Philippines products;
• read financial education guides and use free self-assessment checklists and questionnaires;
• read answers to frequently asked questions; and
• send me an inquiry through the contact form to request a consultation.

The content of the Site is for general information and education only. It is not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, and it is not an offer or solicitation to buy any insurance or investment product. Product descriptions are summaries of publicly available FWD Philippines materials and may change without notice. Benefits, eligible ages, premiums, and terms vary by plan and by individual application. In every case, the official FWD Philippines policy contract and product documents govern.

This Site is not the official website of FWD Philippines or FWD Group. Any application for a plan is made through FWD Philippines’ own forms and processes, which are subject to their own terms and privacy policy.

You may browse the Site without creating an account. The Site does not offer public user accounts, registration, or sign in for visitors.

To send an inquiry through the contact form, you should be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. Insurance and investment products are offered only to eligible applicants as determined by FWD Philippines.

The Site includes a private administration area used only by me and people I authorize to help manage the Site. Access to that area is restricted, and any attempt to access it without authorization is prohibited.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• submit false, misleading, or someone else’s personal information through the contact form;
• send spam, advertising, or unlawful, abusive, or harmful content;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its administration area, or its systems;
• interfere with the Site’s operation, including by introducing malware or placing an unreasonable load on it;
• use automated tools to scrape, copy, or collect content or data from the Site; or
• use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws of the Philippines.

The contact form is rate limited to prevent abuse. I may block or ignore submissions that appear to be automated or that violate these Terms.

Unless otherwise noted, the text, photographs, and design of the Site belong to me and are protected by the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines and other applicable laws. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, or modify its content for commercial use without my written permission.

FWD, its logos, and its product names are trademarks of FWD Group and its affiliates. They are used on the Site for identification and reference only, and their use does not imply that FWD Group endorses any content on the Site beyond my role as a licensed Financial Wealth Planner.

Testimonials shown on the Site reflect the personal experience of individual clients and are shared with their permission. They are not a guarantee of any outcome.

The Site does not let visitors save, upload, or publish content. The only information you can submit is what you enter into the contact form: your name, mobile number, email address, preferred meeting type, the topics you select, your preferred schedule, and your optional message.

By submitting the form, you allow me to store that information and use it to reply to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for the accuracy of what you submit, and you may ask me to correct or delete it at any time.

The Site links to and embeds content from third parties, including FWD Philippines, Facebook, and YouTube. Embedded posts and videos are loaded directly from those providers, who may collect information under their own terms and privacy policies.

I do not control and am not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third party websites or services. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I make no warranties, express or implied, about the Site, including its accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Investment linked plans carry investment risk. Fund values can go up or down, and past performance does not guarantee future results. Illustrations discussed in consultations are projections, not promises. You should make financial decisions only after a personal consultation and after reading the official policy documents.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, or from reliance on any information on it.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the laws of the Philippines, or any rights you have as a policyholder under your FWD Philippines policy contract.

I may suspend or restrict access to the Site, or block particular users or submissions, at any time and without notice if I reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or that doing so is needed to protect the Site or its visitors. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will continue to apply.

I may update these Terms from time to time. When I do, I will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts of the Philippines.
